- Rich has been ministering to teenagers & college students for 22 years. 11 of those years have been at Arrow Heights. Rich previously served at North Peachtree Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Richard and his wife Jennifer have been married for 18 years and have 3 beautiful daughters, Braelyn, Skylar, and Landrey.
